Skipping meals will cause your blood sugar levels to drop. Make sure to eat nutrient rich fresh food and balanced meals regularly so you won't feel sluggish.

Many people are sleep deprived - and this is one leading cause for daytime fatigue. Boost your energy by going to bed early and getting a full nights sleep.

6. Learn to relax.

Anxiety and stress drain energy from your body. Avoid burnout by practicing relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga.

7. Maintain a healthy weight.

Carrying extra weight can be exhausting as it puts strain on the body. Try losing extra weight. Cut back on your portion sizes,eat healthily and increase your physical activity.
